Yes, the QR code is nominal, and can be used for you and your family on vacation.

3. Is the QR code in the email as valid as the one in the download?

Yes, the QR code in the email is valid, and for example you can take a screenshot to always have it at hand.

4. Are all types of payment accepted?

Yes, most payment types are supported. All payments are encrypted and secure.

5. When I buy the QR code where can I find the brochure of the selected partners?

Once the QR code has been purchased, a file will be available for download, alternatively you will still receive an email where you can easily download the brochure.

6. What should I do when I arrive in a place that has an agreement with TFSNOW?

All you have to do is prepare your QR code to be scanned upon your arrival, notifying the staff of the agreed place.

7. How long does the QR code last?

Depending on the type chosen, the QR code can be 7 days or 15 days from the first scan.
